A group of disciples and experts founded the international association of studies (ISA) in 1959 to continue mutual interests in international studies. Representing eighty countries, ISA has more than three thousand members in the whole world and is the erudite association most respected and largely most known in this field. Geographic subdivisions of ISA, called Areas, provide opportunities to exchange ideas and research with local colleagues. Special Over twenty interest groups, called Sections, offer additional international contact between members interested in specific areas within the field of studies. Together, these Areas and Sections allow international custom to create communities of scholars dedicated to studies. Our international conferences and annual convention attract disciples of everywhere in the world. We will coopérons with 53 international organizations of studies to 32 countries, and we are a member of the international social Council of Science, and have the nongovernmental advisory statute with the United Nations. The newspapers of ISA help to define the field and to present the search for our members. The international quarterly publication of studies (ISQ) started at the same time as association as a its newspaper of flagship. With a broad interdisciplinary and multinational prospect, the international studies review ways (ISR) of the tendencies in the whole world, synthesizing the theory and the literature in the field. The international prospects for studies began the publication in 2000 and are concentrated on teaching, research, and the state of the profession. Our more recent newspaper, analyzes of foreign politics, provides a par-last exit in review for the school research of highest quality in the processes, the results and the theories of foreign politics. |
